These events are designed to enable access to simple safety checks and the necessary adjustments. Advice given if the bike needs some more in depth work so you know what to ask for at a bikeshop, or our mobile mechanic Simon Cook.
Flat tyres, punctures, brakes adjusted, gears tweaked and tuned, chains oiled questions answered.

(Note: Pre registrations do not currently allow a timeslot choice. This has been given as feedback to Cycling Uk during the event listing pilot phase.
Workaround: When detailing what needs to be fixed on your bike, please give an indication of the time you will likely arrive and we will try to accommodate that. Pre bookings are given priority on the day over drop-ins)

What’s the cost?

There’s no cost to take part – your place is fully funded by Cycling UK as part of The Big Bike Revival programme.

How we’ll contact you

Only the event organiser and Cycling UK will email you, and for limited reasons.

As you might expect, you’ll receive event reminders and relevant event information. In the weeks after the event, you’ll also be sent two short surveys and four emails with tips to keep you cycling. That’s it.
