About

This is going to be a lovely bike ride hosted by Phoebe the Tree Officer from Thanet District Council and the Birdwise Team.
We are going to meet at Broadstairs Library and visit the new trees in Memorial Rec.
Next we will stop for tea at The Pavilion Youth Cafe in St Peters with Victoria who will speak to us about all the community work they do. Then we will cycle to Mocketts Wood to meet Neil the Woodland Officer to experience the calm hidden Thanet secret.

What’s the cost?

There’s no cost to take part – your place is fully funded by Cycling UK as part of The Big Bike Revival programme.

How we’ll contact you

Only the event organiser and Cycling UK will email you, and for limited reasons.

As you might expect, you’ll receive event reminders and relevant event information. In the weeks after the event, you’ll also be sent two short surveys and four emails with tips to keep you cycling. That’s it.

In return for providing FREE events, surveys help Cycling UK evaluate your experience and they help us access future funding. Your details are safe and you can opt out at any time. For more details, please read our privacy policy.
